DFW Event Creations was founded by touring audio, lighting and video professionals who believed every event deserves the energy, precision and production value of a live show. Today, we combine decades of live production experience with the planning, professionalism and attention to detail required for corporate events, bringing the best of both worlds to every production.
Twenty-five years in has taught us the rooms across Texas — which hotels have usable rigging points, which venues fight you on power, which docks close at four. That knowledge is why our load-ins finish early and our shows start on time.
Our crew is in-house and cross-trained. The engineer who designs your audio system is the one mixing it live, and the video lead who builds your LED wall stays through the last cue.
We're proud that most of our calendar comes from repeat clients and planner referrals — the only marketing that means anything in this business.
