The challenge
The client needed a single quarterly moment to reach every employee — a packed downtown ballroom plus thousands of remote staff across eleven time zones — with executive presenters walking on and off a 42-foot stage. The previous vendor had lost the stream twice, and leadership had lost patience.
Our solution
We built a fully redundant show: dual digital consoles in mirrored configuration, duplicated wireless RF with coordinated frequencies, two independent internet paths (venue fiber plus bonded cellular) and a parallel encoder. A dedicated broadcast producer ran the stream while a separate A1 owned the room, so remote and in-room audiences each had an advocate. Rehearsal ran the full deck twice the night before load-in.
