The challenge
Three days, one general session and six concurrent breakout rooms — each needing presentation support, wireless microphones, recording and a clean feed for later editing. The planner needed one point of contact, not seven vendors.
Our solution
We staffed a lead producer plus a technician per room, standardized every breakout on identical rack builds so any tech could cover any room, and centralized recording to a single media hub. A talkback intercom tied all rooms to the producer, so a swap or reset never required a hallway sprint.
